From Sewage Water to Drinking Water
Humans need water to survive, an adult human can only survive 3 days without water. With water being so critical to humans, you would think it’s in abundance around the world, this is not the case.
Water Scarcity
With most of the world experiencing severe droughts it is utterly important that water recycling and water saving campaigns are rolled out. One way to save water is to recycle water from human waste.
This process is known as The Waste Water Cycle and is only being practiced by a few countries around the world. Namibia, in Africa, was the first country to begin recycling wastewater and pioneered the wastewater purification process.
The secret to purifying wastewater is as simple as bacteria. Through the purification process bacteria are used to eat away the solid waste and break it down so that chlorine and other purifiers may be used to further clean the water.
Distilled Water
Distilled water is water that has had many of its impurities removed through distillation. Distillation involves boiling the water and then condensing the steam into a clean container.
At The Distilled Water Company, all purified water that we provide is tested on a regular basis with all the analysis available to clients should it be required. For further details on the specification of the water and how it may react in different situations or environments please do not hesitate to call one of the team members on 0845 500 4455 and we will gladly provide you with more information.
