The Distilled Water Company sells directly to customers across the UK. We are based out of our London warehouse in SW19.
For all distilled water orders under 160 litres we use an express courier delivery service to dispatch to customers. Our distilled water is packaged in non-tainting plastic containers available in two sizes. The plastic containers we use are food grade and the distilled water is medical grade. The food grade containers can be recycled by customers after the distilled water is finished.

Prices include shipping charges for courier delivery – which is charged per container ordered. VAT at the current governmental rate will be added at the end of checkout process.

- The cost per 10 litre plastic container is £12.99 + Delivery (£7.50 + VAT – but we offer discounts for customers purchasing more than 100 litres.
- The cost per 20 litre plastic container is £20.99 + Delivery (£7.50) + VAT – but we offer discounts for orders over 100 litres.
Customers within the M25 can take advantage of free delivery by our own drivers – although we can only deliver to any area on a certain day of the week. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to choose this delivery option.
Orders of under 160 litres of distilled water are dispatched on a next working day courier service. Order placed before 10am will be dispatched the same day (weekdays only). Delivery prices apply for mainland UK excluding Northern Scotland only – please see our delivery information before ordering for full details.
All orders over 160 litres are dispatched by pallet delivery and we ask customers to look at our wholesale page for further information.
If you require distilled water in different amounts please call our office on 0845 006 3309 and we will work to arrange this. We have delivered distilled water in quantities up to two tonnes within the UK for different usage.
