Courier Deliveries
We dispatch orders of distilled water under 160 litres by UK Mail on a next working day courier delivery service. Deliveries can run from 8am – 7pm but will usually be made within normal working hours. We will email you to confirm the date of dispatch for your order – please ensure that there is someone to sign for the delivery and receive the goods – if delivery is missed the items may be returned to us and we will require a redelivery charge equivalent to the original delivery cost in order to resend the order to you.
Orders placed before 10am will dispatched the same day (weekdays only) – orders made after this will be dispatched the following working day if we are unable to dispatch the same day. We will send a confirmation email of your order confirming when your order will be dispatched. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated per item (jerry can) ordered as each jerry can is sent out separately by courier.
The following charges apply for mainland UK (excluding North Scotland). Please see the next table below for pricing on areas outside of this.

Deliveries in London
Customers who order under 160 litres of distilled water for delivery within the M25 can have their order delivered by our drivers with parent company The Water Delivery Company without any delivery charge. Our drivers are only in certain areas of London on certain weekdays – so we may not be able to deliver next working day and will agree a pre arranged day of the week with you.
To take advantage of this, please contact us before ordering, and we can take correct payment from you. Otherwise, you will be charged the standard rate for delivery by courier and we will dispatch automatically by courier.
Pallet Deliveries
Orders of over 160 litres of distilled water will be dispatched by pallet deliveries – we recommend customers contact us before ordering these quantities as we can offer a discount for bulk orders.
